Hi, I'm Anna Vanderlaan, an experienced and accomplished real estate professional with over 30 years in the industry. I started as a qualifying broker and top producer in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey from 1982 to 1988, also handling appraisals and business evaluations.
In 1988, I was recruited to a Business Brokerage Company in Maui, Hawaii, where I worked in commercial real estate until 1992 before moving to Santa Fe. I obtained my Real Estate license there in 2006 and have since become a top producer in both my company and the Santa Fe Association of Realtors.
My clients benefit from my expertise in selling residential property including Luxury homes, investment properties, and land. I'm passionate about staging homes and offer free staging for clients who don't reside there. I also provide valuable tips for occupied homes or recommend trusted staging companies.
Apart from real estate, I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Antioch University and worked as a portrait artist on Santa Fe Plaza from 2000 to 2006.
Beyond my professional life, I enjoy painting, quilting, cooking, playing the drums, gardening, golfing, and shooting pool. Recently, I've been running a successful YouTube channel called "Recipes in Real Estate," where I share cooking videos prepared at the homes I list, accompanied by captivating video tours set to music.
