Las Campanas Las Campanas was developed by Lyle Anderson starting in the mid 1980’s. Mr. Anderson purchased 4900 acres and created 1717 residential lots ranging in size from 1 acre to 5 acres spread over 13 phases. Las Campanas is just one of 6 developments created by Mr. Anderson, and is less than half the cost of comparable communities in other parts of the world.
Las Campanas HOA provides 24 hour security, paramedics, and EMT’s, inside the gated neighborhoods. HOA fees are separate from the optional Club Membership fees and vary according to the phase of the home location.
